Overview

Miles is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Florida.  Miles counsels and advises his clients in the areas of Estate and Wealth Planning, Trust and Estate Administration, Transfer Tax Planning, Post Death Administration, Non-Profit Law, and related matters, all the while working diligently to best achieve each client’s unique goals.  As a member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property Trust and Estate Law, Miles strives to stay abreast of current and future changes to the law to best serve his clients and improve his practice.  He drafts various types of simple and complex trusts and other estate planning documents, prepares various state and federal tax filings including applications for tax-exempt status for charitable organizations, and assists with case management.  Miles also volunteers his time and expertise to a number of St. Louis-area charitable organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors of a local charity, providing pro bono legal services through legal service providers, and assisting in the administration and operations of a local congregation of his church.

Miles earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho and graduated magna cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law. When not assisting clients, Miles enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and discovering new places in and out of the St. Louis area. Miles also volunteers his time and expertise to a number of St. Louis-area charitable organizations and assisting in the administration and operations of a local congregation of his church.
