Chelli (pronounced “Kelli”) McCurdy, CTFA, has over 25 years of experience as a paralegal, nine years of experience as a trust officer and nine years of experience as a business manager and firm administrator. Chelli keeps the MGD Law office running smoothly while assisting clients as a paralegal in post-death administration matters.
Prior to starting her position at MGD Law, Chelli worked as a trust officer for The Commerce Trust Company for three years specializing in special needs trusts. She was also a trust officer at Edward Jones Trust Company for six years where her specialty was handling the post-death administration of the Trust Company’s estate and trust clients. Before becoming a trust officer, Chelli worked as an estate planning paralegal for a number of small law firms. She has previously worked in the dual role as business manager and litigation paralegal at a boutique litigation law firm in California, where her responsibilities included helping to launch the firm. At MGD Law, we make use of Chelli’s robust experience in running the day to day operations of the business, and helping our clients with the practical aspects of post-death administration, including asset transfers and preparation of tax returns.
