Congratulations to Managing Member, Adrienne J. Davis, for being named Chair of the Estate Planning & Probate Administration Law Committee for the Missouri Bar Probate and Trust Division.
“The Missouri Bar’s Probate and Trust Division provides information and assistance to practitioners in estate planning, charitable giving, elder law, business succession planning, and fiduciary litigation, and offers them opportunities to improve the law and the judicial system. Among other things, the division sponsors an ongoing program of monitoring and updating probate-focused laws. This division was created to enhance the skills of its members through collaborative interaction and to serve the interests of the public. Lawyers who wish to increase their level of expertise in and knowledge of legal issues, grow professionally, gain valuable leadership experience, and network with other lawyers in their field from across the state should consider joining the committees included in the Probate and Trust Division.” – Source- Missouri Bar Website
